If your boiler is non-condensing (roughly older than 15 years old), you may be eligible for a boiler upgrade by utilising the funding from the ECO 4 scheme. Energy Saving Market will look after you from your initial enquiry to survey funding application, system design and installation- making the journey as easy as possible for you. Alternatively, if you have no boiler at your property but have a mains gas connection, we can arrange for a full central heating system to be installed.

Gas Boiler Upgrades

If a non-condensing boiler heats your home, it can be upgraded to a more efficient system under the ECO4 scheme leading to a reduction in energy bills, a decrease in carbon emissions, and an overall improvement in the comfort and health of your living environment.

Eligibility for these boiler grants under the ECO4 scheme includes homeowners with a broken or inefficient boiler and who receive at least one type of benefit like Universal Credit or through LA Flex for households without benefits.

All boilers installed under ECO4 will be A-rated (combi) condensing boilers with a timer, a room thermostat, and thermostatic radiator valves (TRVs) on all radiators outside the room containing the thermostat.

After installation, hydraulic balancing must be performed to optimise the central heating system.
