Air source heat pumps
Air source heat pumps provide heating and cooling solutions in an efficient way for your home, in any climate. It works by absorbing heat from the outside air into a liquid refrigerant at a low temperature and releasing it inside in a similar way to an air conditioning unit but used in the opposite direction. It uses electricity to compress the liquid to increase the temperature and then releases it’s stored heat. The heat is then sent to your radiators or underfloor heating.

- Efficiency - an air source heat pump can be over 300% more efficient than a standard gas boiler and this could save you money on your heating bills.
- lower your carbon footprint
- enjoy reliable heating and hot water all year round - an air source heat pump can still work effectively at -20°C!
- low maintenance with a long service life - (15+ years)
